We both came away with the idea of going back again to improve our skills.

Myself and my adult son signed up for a beginners course, and were very pleased with the result. Andy explained things well, and assisted in sorting out elementary mistakes we made, showing us what to do to avoid them. By the end of the day we had both produced reasonable bowls, and been given ideas on how to improve our techniques. We both came away with the idea of going back again to improve our skills.
