All vouchers purchased are non refundable, as are deposits made for booking a day directly with us.  The first cancellation will be rebooked for a later date if cancelled within two weeks prior to the booked date.  We reserve the right to cancel at short notice due to exceptional circumstances only and re-book the cancelled course on a convenient date to the customer. Vouchers are subject to price increases with the difference to be paid between the voucher amount paid and the price at the time of the lesson booked.
